Error running cBot in Cloud

Good day
I get error #8772469F when I run a bot in the cloud. It works perfectly when I optimise, backtest or run it in cTrader Desktop.
Any help will be appreciated.

Apologies for the late reply. The error occurs whenever I use the StochasticCalculationType parameter when I define a stochastic oscillator. There was an update but now it gives another error. I haven't checked it recently so it may be fixed.
I use the Spotware unbranded version of CTrader.

There are and have been lots of issues with bots in the Cloud. In my opinion, since Spotware doesn't even appear to be fixing/investigating the issues, it's obviously not a mature product, and I wouldn't bother with their cloud option. Stick with a VPS or running locally. If you look through the reads in the forum, you'll see lots of people having lots of issues with the cloud.

I found the cause of the error. It was due to the naming of cbot files. I usually name cbots according to the date I edited them and all my cbots were errors. When I renamed my cbot to "Bot" the cbot cloud worked fine. So maybe this ctrader update does not allow special characters in file names or has a limit on the length of file names. Hopefully the ctrader development team will fix it soon.
