Four issues with CAlgo

Some errors for investigation and issues with CAlgo.

• Symbol.PipSize doesn't work for commodities, why? This should be uniform. 
• When creating a position in CAlgo with a Stop that is perhaps very small, possibly smaller than the spread when the spread is large, the Stop comes out as not set AT ALL. The stop should ALWAYS be set if set in code if the result reports it's successful. 
• For example, I set it in the CBot to be a 3 Stop it creates the trade successfully but doesn't set the SL. This was with OIL in a high spread environment.
• When an internet connection is lost even for a small amount of time, 5 minutes, it KEEPS ON setting me to the demo account and making me lose ALL optimization results. It should just pause. A pause button would be great.
• If the processor is busy the mouse will stay as crosshairs when going over certain parts of the interface. 
• Generally the running of algos I the cloud will take up massive amounts of CPU time. Why?
