remote control of cloud cbot

The "cbot" on my personal computer takes too long to display "Already started in the cloud" in the upper right corner when it starts in the cloud. How can I add a piece of code to both my personal computer cbot and the cloud cbot to control the cloud cbot? I need the cbot to run continuously in the cloud, but I want to add a "switch" on the cbot in my personal computer to control the cloud cbot remotely. When I click it, it allows the cloud cbot automatic trading; when I click it again, it prohibits trading .Although the cbot is running in the cloud, it doesn't perform any operations when it's prohibited. This can greatly reduce the time it takes to start in the cloud when there is a very speedy trend(it's not allowed to run 24hrs, because it's semi-automatic, it only works on trend, judged artificially). How can I implement this function? Please advise.
