Visual Studio wont open
Visual Studio wont open
29 Dec 2024, 10:25
Hi 2-3 months ago I could click on “Edit in Visual Studio” and Visual Studio would open. Now opens a developer command prompt?
I have Visual Studio 17.12.0 installed.
How can I change it back?
Thank you.
P.s. Off Topic:
I can select the .NET 9.0 and .NET 6.0 compiler. But I have issues running scripts with the 9.0 version. When I change it back to 6.0 the issues disappear. Does cTrader support 9.0?

Hi there,
You need to check which application is the default application for opening .sln files. cTrader does not support .Net 9.0 at the moment.
Best regards,

Great!
How can I do that?

Thank you! I checked and Visual Studio was set as default for .sln files already.
cTrader still opens developer prompt instead of VS:
