Accessing Economic News Event Schedule

I've looked over the API documentation and can't seem to find anything about accessing the News feed within a cBot.

For example, say I have a bot running and I would like to close all my positions prior to the US unemployment, NFP and FOMC events. Is there a way I can access this data from within my code, and close all my positions, let say, 5 minutes before the event?

For the US Unemployment event, that it relatively easy because it's Thursday at 13:30pm UK time (where I am). However, during the Autumn and Spring, there is about a week where the UK changes our clocks about a week before the US does, and so it shifts to 12:30pm in the Autumn and 14:30pm in the Spring during this time.

The FOMC meetings don't follow a set calendar, as in “3rd day of the month” or something. And wile the NFP is meant to be on the 1st Friday of the month, if the 1st Friday is too close to the 1st day of the month (maybe the 1st Friday is the 2nd of the month), the NFP figures will be released on the 2nd of the month.
