ALGO section broken! can not start a local cbot, do backtesting nor optimisation

Since 4-11-2024 I can not start a local cbot, do backtesting nor optimisation
StartButtons are ‘half' greyed out.
Indicators will not start either!!
Even Sample EMA will not display anything and log nothing (build in Print(this +" Howdy"); in Initialize() )
System is totally broken. Ctrl-Alt-Shift does not work either.

So I closed cTrader,  Cleared the cTrader cache and Restarted cTrader

Starting up cTrader takes more than 3 minutes before splashscreen goes away, than50 seconds nothing and then finally ctrader opens.

Now adding an instance to sample EMA shows a line on the chart.
I start an optimisation run. 
I stop it. It reports back the pass has stopped (red cross)
Try to start it again. No avail.
Testing EMA again. Sample Ema will not start (will not even report my  Print(this +" Howdy"); in Initialize() )

I close cTrader and restart it again.

I can start an optimisation run and set it at the lowest resources (6%) possible. 
1st pass finishes OK but does not trigger the ‘debugger launch()’command (AccessRights = AccessRights.FullAccess),
2nd pass triggers  the ‘debugger launch()’command. ????
remove Debugger.Launch(); from source and rebuild.
optimiasation automatically starts again and seems to run OK 
set  resources at 56% ;seems to run OK .
 I press the optimisation Stop button.
