MagicKeys Cbot stops running

Hello, 

I recently installed a MagicKeys on cTrader with the Algo linked to the software. 

Once the Algo is launched, after a few minutes, it just stops so I cannot use the MagicKeys anymore and there is a message “reconnection in progress” in the Algo section but it doesn't get through. The only way to reconnect the Algo is to log off the session and reconnect. 

Does anyone has/had the same issue ? 

My internet connection is fine btw.
