Algo Reconnecting Loop

my cAlgo is stuck on 'Reconnecting' . I have been trying to backtest my bot but i can't. Please help urgently

Same thing here. I have to keep closing and opening the platform every 5 minutes.

Hi all,

This problem should have been resolved by now. Please restart your cTrader and in case you still experience problems, please send us some troubleshooting information quoting this thread.
