Grid Column widths on window vs mac

Hi there

I have a cbot which functions as an entry/trade management panel.

The UI is simple, and is just a grid.

Once built I explicitly make all the column widths automatic.

On windows, I looks like this:

But on Mac the colum widths don't adjust to fit the content and look like this:

Any idea how i can ‘fix’this?
