outlook.com SMTP sending email error by Algo

Hello,  
Since last night at 4 am, GMT+1 London Time 18.09.2024; my Algo email alert has not worked properly as it should have worked hourly on weekdays before. The email sender and receiver are both set as outlook.com.  I'm sure the settings are correct with no issue.
The error log shows as:
Failed to send email "...". Authentication with SMTP server failed

I have several versions of cTrader from different brokers and the cTrader official version as well, but they all encounter the same issue.

I have tried to use other SMTP as sender server: icloud and receiver: outlook.com, and it works fine. It seems that the problem comes from the sending service.

Can you please check outlook.com for sender and receiver issues?

Hi there,

From your description it seems the problem is with your email provider, not with cTrader. You should investigate that further.
