Cannot run the bot on the cloud

Hi there, 

I am trying to run a Cbot on cTrader cloud but I have the cloud crossed out and there is a message stating the "currently the algorithms is only available locally because it requires full access rights. When I change the full access rights to none, this time the code does not run at all. 

Can anyone help me so that I can have the cBot on the cloud, what do I need to do please ?
