Problem on running non-visual backtest and optimize

Hi Support,

   On my 2 laptops have same problem. Using any bot e.g. your sample bot, running visual back testing it works fine. But it fail when I run non-visual back testing. The optimizing also fail. 
1. I had tried on PepperStone and FX Pro. Both of them are also fail with same error. 
2. I had tried both 1m data and tick data, still fail

3. I had tried clean install of both brokers, still fail

4. I had tried both .net6 and embedded, both also fail. 

Please see attachment for error message. Please help me to solve this problem.

thans Panagiotis I will take a look. But my broker does not have this version.

thans Panagiotis I will take a look. But my broker does not have this version. 

Hi noppanon,

You can use the latest version with all brokers. Just sign in with your cTrader ID and you will see all your accounts.
