Incorrect links in notifications for new posts in subscribed threads on this forum

Some of the links in the notification emails are incorrect, the page number in the URL seems to be too high.

The logic which generates the links in email is different from the logic which generates these links in forum pages. Or maybe some posts have been deleted between the email generation and the actual click. Anyway it would be nice to redirect to the last page if the page requested is too great for the thread.
