Algo not taking trades

Hi there, I'm running my bot on the cloud, and it hasn't taken a trade for 2 days when it should.  I m getting this error message, would you please see screenshot here

Hi there, 

As per the message the cBot has crashed. Please share the cBot code so that we can let you know what causes this crash.
