API: Sleep Functionality can be enhance

Hi! Admin,

Currently the Sleep API function only will work based on time input.

Hope it can work beside time like indicators.

Example of idea:

Open A algorithm once and let it running and wait for Close B algorithm meet.

meantime, if Close B algorithm have not trigger yet and another similar Open A algorithm arise.

Sleep function will suspend the execution of the new algorithm until Close B algorithm meet.

Hopefully the above request will be meet under Sleep function or a new similar API function will be created base on the suggested flow.
