MSB32 Visual Studio Error:

how can I fix this error: 

Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
Warning MSB3243 No way to resolve conflict between "Microsoft.VisualBasic, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a" and "Microsoft.VisualBasic". Choosing "Microsoft.VisualBasic, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a" arbitrarily. ZCT13a C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\MSBuild\Current\Bin\amd64\Microsoft.Common.CurrentVersion.targets 2364
