Position created without SL

I wonder if anyone has any idea on where I might find the answer to this problem.

I am backtesting on BTCUSD m30. Against 1 year of tickdata.

Problem is a trade on 03/01/2023.
The Log shows
Executing Market Order to Sell 0.01 BTCUSD(SL 8788, TP 3906)
Executing Market Order to Sell 0.01 BTCUSD(SL 8788, TP 3906) SUCEEDED

The Events Tab shows
Create Position 
BTC 0.01 
Sell 
Entry Price 16615.84 
T/P 16576.78 
S/L -

Positions tab shows similar picture

Questions is how can a market order complete successfully  but fail to create the SL with no warning or error being shown?
