Ctrader automate not working cached data not available or corrupted.

Hi, here is the error message when trying to do backtest :
08/07/2023 00:00:00.000 | CBot instance [Sample Trend cBot, EURUSD, h1] started. 08/07/2023 00:00:00.000 | Symbol 'EURUSD h1' cached data not available or corrupted. 08/07/2023 00:00:00.000 | Symbol 'EURUSD h1' cached data cleared. 08/07/2023 00:00:00.000 | Failed to get symbol 'EURUSD': Symbol not found or has no quotes. 08/07/2023 00:00:00.000 | CBot instance [Sample Trend cBot, EURUSD, h1] stopped. Visual mode is working but backtest and Optimization not working
I've tried to clean cache, reinstall, change broker account, run as administrator, run fresh with new Windows user… impossible to get it working
