the program has exited with code 4294967295 (0xffffffff)

Hi ,

during optimization no new pass were created and the optimization just sits without doing nothing

running debug show this

the machine used to run the tests is a windows 11 fresh installation  with intel I9 139k , the ctrader version 4.6.4
