Closing position FAILED with error "TechnicalError"

Closing position FAILED with error "TechnicalError"

Hello,

where can I find information why don't close or open positions as we have info about done open or close positions ?

When I send request and is ACCEPTED with server and then write error "TechnicalError"

without stating the detailed view of bid and ask on server, then I don't know what was the problem on Server.

omg, impossibly always inform all position.
Spotware, please don't always assume it is a Broker issue, when this info can see in platform, what was the problem on Trade Matching Server.

Dear Trader,

Normally this is broker responsibility to answer execution questions. However if broker considers technical issues, broker must contact our support.
