How can I use the internal function?

hi all. please give me guide  for my case.
I'm code my bot and i want to collect all my basic function (calculate lot size, open-close position, ... some basic condition)   in one file or single code. <— not indicator
With any bot I coding, I just call the file above to get my function ?
