No Bars showing on Charts

No Bars showing on Charts

Hi,

I am trying to test my bot in CTrader and once the backtest is finished I can normally click the trade and it takes me to the point in time on the chart, showing the trade and the bars. For some reason there are no bars showing on the chart for backtesting or if i click onto the live chart? Am I doing something wrong? I have tried uninstalling CTrader and installing it again but I still cant see any bars.

It is now actually showing some bars but they do not change and seem to be stuck when scrolling the chart. As you can see from the image, the trade is highlighted on the chart but their are no bars and they are stuck like that no matter what day I select etc.

Dear Jay,

We were not able to reproduce the problem. Are you able to reproduce this with any of the sample bots? If not, please share your cBot code so that we can reproduce this behavior.
