File not saved when open next morning

Hi

My indicator compiled and worked in the weekend. But when I opened it up on Monday morning, only the older version (that was created in the weeked) was there. The new changes that I made on Sunday were not there. The new changes compiled and were working. This seems extremely strange. Thanks for any suggestions.
