Pause all pending orders (cancel and reinstate)

Hello, I need possibillity to pause all pending orders (cancel and reinstate) in Ctrader, few minutes before news or something and then again unpause. Thats because sometimese i have lot of pending orders, but i dont want to fill that during the news. Is there any EA already programmed for this? Thanks for answers
