cmam copy trading no workin

When I have a problem, I want to connect my ctrader platform with MT4 to copy my trading by linking them to the CMAM copier on the CTrader website
He asks me to contact you, knowing that I bought a birthday package and I can't use Ctrader
Please solve my problem
