downloading CTrader Auomate to specific folder

Hi

On Spotware's demo of Automate, I have many, many indicators and settings that I want to keep. I just joined a new broker and want to have these availlable on that platform. If I download the cTrader Automte from their platform will it clear my exiting cTrader and cAlgo folders and put it there? How can I nominate a folder to put the downloaded version of their cAutomate. I have saved the files and templates but I can't save the individual chart settings.

In the past when I manually downloaded newer version of Spotware's cTrader (when something had crashed and it wasnt working), I lost all my chart settings. which is not easy to recraeate.
