How can I attach a file to a forum thread

Hello, 

 

I have created a  .dll file and want to share with the community. It is neither an indicator neither a robot.

What are the requirements for doing this ?

At the time being you cannot do this.  The reason is to avoid the possibility of malware being distributed through cTDN.
