Hello,

I'm a n00b when it comes to cTrader experience, loving it so far and experimenting with cAlgo right now.

My background is from Jforex and I was wondering; If I run an algo (cBot) do i need to have it running 24/7 on my pc in order not to interrupt the bot? what happens if i shut down the pc, will it identify it's open trades?

 

If that's the case is there a remote server option or is there where booking a vps service comes in and running cAlgo+ my bot off their servers?

Thanks for support; if there's an extensive guide anywhere let me know! Was scouring the net for one.

cBots can trade only if application is running and connected to the server. You can find VPS providers there:
