Colors

Hello i have so simple a question,

How can i change the color of the code terminal itself ?
I just want a white background with black letters because i just can't work on that dark grey thing my eyes won't accept it.

Maybe there is a light template or something?
I have been using this software for quite some time but i can not stand the color anymore.

It's too dark i can not concentrate with it.
