cAlgo stopped refreshing

I have cAlgo robot running on 2 VPS windows azure clouds for about 10 months and all was fine until tonight!

cAlgo stopped refreshing the rates. See on the right of the positions how its all greyed out and the candles and nothing is refreshing.. It says it is connected but no ticks are triggered.

The onTick never executes and the bot can't work. When I run the bot it says it ran successfully but then not Tick is triggered because nothing changes on the chart and in the rates.

How do I fix it?

I have attached a screen shot of what it looks like. See the grey rates, usually when it works they are either red or green
