New installation gives error notice after signing in

Hi, after installing cAlgo and signing in it gives me the following error notice:
Exception #38300529 in IC Markets cAlgo 1.17.34250
I have tried re-starting machine and tried uninstalling re-installing but still get same notice. I see that someone had a similar error notice (his was Exception # 16305093) and tried his fix by deleting the same xtr file in settings but that didn't help.
I run XP and system specs are adequate
Hoping someone can help, thank you.

As a work around you can move everything from Indicators folder to some temporary folder, run cAlgo and move everything back. You need to do it only for first run of cAlgo.
