Modify position cost (stoploss/Takeprofits). is a percent value?

Modify position cost (stoploss/Takeprofits). is a percent value?

Every time a position is modified (stoploss or takeprofits) , this modification has a cost, or that's what history shows in backtesting mode. 

I would like to know the cost of this modification and how to calculate it with a formula in my robots.
