They do not really need to be on the list, but it helps and the same rules apply for purchasing any goods over the internet:

• Real customer reviews
• Refund policy
• Good customer support

I know of some companies that are ok and not on the list, you just need to Google search the company.

They have been around a while and I have not heard any negative feedback, I would say they are ok and safe to use.
