Ctrader Automate Black Screen

Black Screen

My ctrader automate just shows a black screen when I click on it. It does not load or anything. Is there any way to fix this?

I have tried to do it but unfortunately it still does not work. Also, when I was following the instruction to delete the folders, there were no such folders: "%BROKERNAME% cAlgo, %BROKERNAME% cTraderUsers, %BROKERNAME% -cTraderCommon"

Hi Nofomo,

Can you please send us some troubleshooting information when this happens again? To do so, press Ctrl+Alt+Shit+T, paste a link to this thread in the text box and press submit. After that, close cTrader and delete the settings file located in C:\Users\<USER_NAME>\AppData\Roaming\<BROKER_NAME>-cTrader\Settings
