IC Markets cTtader 3.7 Not Responding running on Win Server 2012 R2 VPS

I just got my VPS reinstalled by my provider (forexvps). 

I installed the cTrader which I downloaded from ICMarket client download page.

 

everything is fine i.e. browsing the chart, open the link in 'Copy' tab but once i tried to load an instance in the 'Automate' tab it will freeze and not responding.

I tried loading an instance from the demo cBot provided by Spotware (other than my cBots) in the application as well but no avail - it still freeze.

 

appreciate if anybody can help on this. thanks.
