cAlgo keeps disconnecting

Hi,

In the last few days cAlgo has not been stable at all:

- While doing development and connected to a demo account, cAlgo keeps disconnecting and reconnecting
- In one instance I could not do any back-testing as it was getting stuck trying to download historical data (even if it had all the data).

I didn't use to have these issues, this seems a new problem - perhaps the infra is running out of capacity?
