I can't get my bot to open a new instance

Hi I have an open position and I would like it as soon as it takes the stop loss or the take profit to open a new one at random on another instance

what is the code to do this?

There is no code to do this, because as far as I know, it's not possible for one bot instance to control another bot's instance.
