GetTicks weird error:data source doesn't support requested timeframe

GetTicks weird error:data source doesn't support requested timeframe

on FXPig spa feed

Ticks MyTicks = MarketData.GetTicks("AUDCAD.spa");

gives error:

{"Unable to load data for [AUDCAD.spa, Tick]. `m1 data from Server` data source doesn't support requested timeframe. Use `Tick data from Server` data source."}

I'm not requesting M1 data but Ticks ?!?! and where to find "Tick data from Server" ???

What am I missing here.
