Offline backtesting

I don't get why it is not possible to do offline backtesting in ctrader with tick data form the server if the data has already been downloaded by ctrader. Can't it just use the data in cache?

If it is just because of the conversion rates, it can also use the ones in cache...

I am all the time trying to work in my cbot but I always have problems in the train or even at home when there is no connection or ctrader server is down.

Hi all,

At the moment it in not possible to backtest offline since cTrader needs to retrieve information from the server. We will add this possibility in a future update of cTrader.
