Empty modal in trying to exit cTrader.

So you know:

After an 'error' in the vs2017 debugger (says it's reported to cTrader)
you can not quit cTrader.
All you get is a empty modal box that tells you Ëxit - xxxxxxxxx
and nothing further, no question, no buttons,

Need to kill the process with Taskmanager to get it going again.

It also seems the last versions seem to freeze more often in the debugger or sometimes just close cTrader while debugging. Maybe a memory leak?
