cTrader version 3.6 problems after updating

Good afternoon, after upgrading to version 3.6, backtesting stopped working, uninstalle the platform and re-downloaded and installed, the problem remained unchanged. How to fix the error? Regards, Anatoly.

Thanks for posting in our forum. Can you please explain to us what do you mean when you say it stopped working? Do you get any exceptions/messages? Can you share some screenshots/videos that will help us understand the problem?

At the tick, when I start the chart, it stands still, there are no passes,
