Looking for a script for ctrader 3.5

Hi guys, 

simple version: I'm looking for a bollinger bands, martingale script. 

detailed version: I would like a script for ctrader to automate a purchase when a candle breaches the bollinger band, purchase a reversal bet, sell after 5 pips profit. sell after 5 pips lose.

IF reaches SL, then wait til opposite breach occurs and double up. 

Does anything like this already exist or do I need to hire someone for this kind of thing?
