Chartmouseevent get rectangles

Hi, all I am new here. I have a question about how to write a robot that will draw rectangles in two cases:

1. After pressing the mouse button on the candle, the robot will draw a rectangle on this candlestick (open, close), the simplicity will be to infinity. In the rectangle will pivot 50%.

2. blue is ema and sma periods 288 and orange ema and sma periods 48.
