Cbots that sends emails on highest market points

Hi all, can you help me?

I'm searching a cbot that can send me emails when, on a "X" minute timeframe, market touch his highest points compared on the last "Y" days.

Example : email sent when EURUSD 1 mins timeframe candle touches the high point compared to the last 3 days (shadows included)

Does this exist? Or can someone help me to create that? I'm really noob with these things
