Optimisation stops no results

Hi, 

Optimisation has stopped working. 

I set up a simple process with just one factor selected in a small range. 

The optimisation runs for a few secs and then stops. No error message. No results. It just shows time left 0 secs. 

My engineer has Ctrader 3.3 on OctaFX and his works fine. 

I am IC Markets on the latest update (not 3.3). 

Can you please advise?
