How do I make my chosen name appear in forum posts etc.

Hi,

Whenever I post on this forum or submit an Indicator or Cbot it just shows my CTiD, not the name I chose in my account preferences.  How do I change that?

Sorry, I could not find an appropriate forum for this, so I'm posting in one I often contribute to.
