Wrong or rigth. The cAlgo

I try to starting the cAlgo program, By double click cAlgo icon. The cAlgo program doesn't starting. But the cTrader program starting. I don't know what happen why I can't starting the cAlgo program.  Some one  know what happen. and what I can to starting  cAlgo program.

They merged. In cTrader click on the curly braces icon on the far left "{}" (in green below)
