Choose VPS server location

Dear cTrader,

I plan to purchase a VPS server for running robot. My robot execute high-frequency strategies, so I need 1ms latency.

Could you please advice for me where VPS server should locate to have 1ms latency.

Hi thongbaogiaodich,

Our servers are in London therefore your VPS should be located in London as well.

Thank you for your reply!

My VPS is in London, but cTrader software connect to Amsterdam proxy, and the latency become too high for me. How can I change proxy back to London?

Hi thongbaogiaodich,

cTrader automatically connects to the proxy with the fastest connection available at the moment. Maybe at that moment London proxy was busier than the Amsterdam one therefore cTrader chose to connect to Amsterdam instead.
