Backtesting data incomplete

I was backtesting using Pepperstone tick data but data seems incomplete. 

February 3 and 4 of 2014 only show 2 hour of data.

I contacted pepperstone but they said only Spotware can fix it.

Can you fix it.  Frankly, you should not include a range of data unless the data is complete and accurate.  You do your developers a great disservice when backtesting data is not accurate. There is no way to judge the success of an algo without good data.
