cAlgo "Add" button and "Modify in cAlgo" doesn't show anything

cAlgo "Add" button and "Modify in cAlgo" doesn't show anything

Hello,

I can't edit or create a new cAlgo script file. I can't see errors, cTrader is working fine, but if I click in "Modify in cAlgo", cAlgo pops up but the file is not open. If I click "Add", near "Search" button, same thing, nothing happens.

I've tried to uninstall cAlgo and cTrader and install them again, but it shows the same problem.

Hope you can help me.

Dear davide.annia,

Thanks for posting in our forum. I tried to reproduce your issue using Spotware cTrader and Spotware cAlgo but I could not. The functionality seems to be working fine. Can you please provide some more information regarding your problem e.g. your broker, the script you are trying to edit etc. If you could capture a short video demonstrating this behavior, it would be helpful as well.
